After upgrading to 12.2.0 customer has encountered issues with APPS_FND schema for the following SQL's:
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Upgrade to 18.104.22.168 to 12.2.0.
- Observe the issue.
