Notifications Not Working Due to Stylesheet XSL

When attempting to send a notification using the default stylesheet, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modifying any Order Release
2. The Agent is being triggered
The email is not successfully sent to the email address specified in the Contact.
