Email Centre Does Not Populate Sent Date (Doc ID 2176481.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Agent Console

When attempting to view the queue for an account in the Email Center Agent or Supervisor the following error occurs.

ERROR

 java.lang.NullPointerException error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Email Center Agent Console
  (N) Home > Queue tab OR Home > Click on a hyper linked number in the 'Messages in Queue' column of the Message Summary table
  The error appears.
