R12: OIE: Duplicate Detection Warning Showing Non-Existent Report (Doc ID 2177047.1)

Symptoms

Duplicate Detection has been set up to attempt to detect duplicate internet expense reports.

When report is entered,
Policy Violation indicates that a duplicate claim has been detected.

However one of the expense reports listed does not exist.

Example:

Cash and Other Expenses: Details for Line 1
Credit Card Expenses: Details for Line 1
Policy Violation
A duplicate claim has been detected. This expense is not allowed as per the current policy setup in the application. Please review this expense claim information as well as the referenced report details mentioned below to check if this is a duplicate expense claim.

If you are sure this is a valid expense claim and is allowed per company policies, then please contact your Manager or Accounts Payables representative or System Administrator for assistance.

1. Expense Report # EXP26243 - Line # 7 (Refer Credit Card Expenses)
2. Expense Report # EXP26477 - Line # 7 (Refer cash and Other Expenses)
