The Service Pricing User hook does not provide enough details. Users need the ability to have Service Request information to properly calculate the Price.
The Pricing User Hook does not pass any Customer/Incident details as input parameters.
It only passes inventory_item_id, uom and price_list_id.
The price_list_id is not useful as Oracle is already pricing based on that Price List.
If there are no Customer details available, it is not possible to get customer specific pricing for that item from Advanced Pricing.
