Looking for a way to configure shipping execution to only create 1 move order per delivery.

The reason for needing this is when interfacing orders to a logistics partner we want to avoid a large build-up of move order lines in 1 move order.
Often the move order transaction form has to be used to transact move order lines that have issues (drawing to negative stock, invalid lot number, or other data related or functional errors.
When the move order is queried into the form it keeps a lock on the records.
This is problematic when in the background move order transactions are executed via interface logic.
Being able to configure so that only 1 move order per delivery is generated would eliminate the problem.
This is because the move order related to the interfaced data would not be touched (locked) by the interface background processes while it is loaded in the form.
