Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Work management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tools >Refresh All work menu in UWQ is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Since refreshing each node for latest status is not possible customer needs refresh all menu to work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Technical Call Agent Responsibility
2. Service Request
3. Universal Work Queue.
