When attempting to change payment term with wildcard%
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error message: ORA-01843: not a valid month
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARPT_SQL_FUNC_UTIL", line 1335

FRM-40502: ORACLE error: unable to read list of values.
