On EAM - Enterprise Asset Management, 12.1.3 version, Asset Definition

When attempting to deactivate an asset, the following error occurs.

De-Activation Failed.
Cause: You cannot deactivate an asset for which there are open work requests or service requests or work orders.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Asset definition form
2. Query the required asset and deactivate
3. Error appears
