R12: Requisition Template Form Writes Invalid Data Into Unit Of Measure Field In The Table (Doc ID 2177495.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Requisitions

While trying to create a Requisition Template; between the Unit of Measure and Suggested Quantity fields there appears to be an invisible field on the form.
Tab out of the UOM field, the cursor doesn't appear in the suggested order field, but it lets user type.

The user does not see these values so, tab or click into the suggested quantity field and type the number.

Expected Behavior

Expecting No field between the UOM and Suggested Quantity in the Lines region.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Responsibility: Purchasing Super User

2. Navigate to: Setup > Purchasing > Requisition Templates

In the Requisition Template form

Key in the Template Name and description
Type = Purchase Requisition

Key in the
Type = Goods
Item = CHAM-W18
Source type = Supplier

3. Key in 1, 2, 3, 4

Suggested Quantity = 67890
Price = 12

1,2,3,4 are lost in the form.
