Performance Issue When Searching Service Ref Customer Product Field LOV

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

The LOV in Order Management lines for the Service Ref Customer Product field is very slow. It is taking 2 hours to search for 1 serial.

Expect better performance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management super user responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales orders, Returns> Sales orders.
3. Create a sales order
4. Goto the order lines
5. In the Service Tab: Use the LOV for the Service Ref Customer Product field.
