On : 12.1.3 version, Expenditure Processing
After applied Patch 22687240 --- Oracle Projects Release Update Pack 7 for 12.1 (R12.PJ_PF.B.delta.7), get the following issue:
When attempting to run PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs or PRC: Distribute Labor Costs Process, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the process PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs process
2. Log file shows error:
Program was terminated by signal 11
