When attempting to run concurrent program Synchronize JTF_NOTES_TL_C1 index after upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to RDBMS 12c the following error occurs.
After db upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2, concurrent job Synchronize JTF_NOTES_TL_C1 index complete with error, also error in alert log.
