On : 12.2.4 version,
When attempting to acknowledge the participation in the RFQ, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After Publishing an RFQ Amendment, login as the supplier and click on the negotiation.
2. Acknowledge the Participation
3. Click on yes
4. Then this error appears
