Symptoms

When we press Related Items in Sales orders form we see error:

ERROR
ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

STEPS

1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Enter sales order -> line -> enter line item -> Related Items (b)
3. error
