Cannot Access Descriptive Flexfields On Customer Relationship For Inactive Records

User is unable to access customer Relationship Descriptive Flexfield in customer form.

1. Goto Receivables Manager Responsibility
2. Customers >> Customer
3. Query a customer who has couple of Account Relationships
4. Goto Account >> Details >> Relationships
5. Click on Update Icon for one customer
5. Change the status to 'Inactive' and apply
6. Select the Inactive relationships
7. Update Icon is disabled.
