ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No Credits created for closed RMA Order Lines.
While checking Workflow Status, we found that the Invoice Interface activity result is 'Not Eligible'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect invoice line created for the return line
