When logging into SSO via the EBS login screen, the initial responsibility page displays the following errors:

You have encountered an unexpected PLSQL error. Please contact System Administrator for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced via the following steps:
1. Access the EBS server via the standard URL http://<server>.<domain>:<port>/ .
2. It will redirect to SSO Login Screen.
3. Enter Username and Password and click Login.
4. It will show "You have encountered an unexpected PLSQL error" error.
