Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Debrief
When attempting to process Debrief (task) with multiple parts requirement
the following error occurs.
ERROR

(CSP_PARTS_REQUIREMENT.TASK_ASSIGNMENT_POST_UPDATE. APPL_ID=523).
Drilling down into Parts Requirement results in following error: oracle.jbo.ReadOnlyAttrException: JBO-27008: Attribute set for ReqLineVO in view object ReqHeaderVO1 failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create multiple Parts Requirement for one task
2. Debrief the task
