During an upgrade from R12 to 12.2, while applying the merged 12.2 upgrade driver multiple xdf files fail to generate:

  FAILED: file budget_out_obj_tbl.xdf on worker 7.
  FAILED: file delete_task_out_obj.xdf on worker 8.
  FAILED: file pa_varchar2_4000_tbl_type2.xdf on worker 9.
  FAILED: file GMD_SAMPLES_REC_TYPE.xdf on worker 10.
