India - Service Tax Credit Register Report Not Reflecting Krishi Kalyan Cess Details (Doc ID 2178455.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Tax - P2P

India - Service Tax Credit Register report is not showing the details for Krishi Kalyan Cess.

As Krishi Kalyan is similar as Service Tax the entries should be visible in the India - Service Tax Credit register report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Created an AP invoice : Invoice Number
2. Apply Service Tax and KKC tax
3. Run Create Accounting and India Service Tax processing
4. Check the table JAI_RGM_TRX_RECORDS table record exists for KKC.
5. Ran the report India - Service Tax Credit Register Report.

Input Service : KKC is visible

Service Tax Credit : the KKC entry is not there

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the Service Tax Settlement settle which allows settlement of the tax disputes to avoid the lengthy litigation. The Settlement commission save a huge sum of amount spent on litigation plus it helps in speedy recovery of tax.
