Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Drop
Users are getting a "warning" during the Load and Drop process for Sales Order picking ticket via Telnet, as well as mobile scanner. The following message shows:
WARNING

" All consolidation locators are full. Drop anyway? "
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Whse Mgmt mobile
2. Navigate to: Tasks > Manual Tasks > Paper Based Pick
3. Enter Pick id, Enter/Cofirm values to all necessary fields
4. Click Load and Drop button in Load page
5. Press [ENTER], get error
