Symptoms

When performing WIP Issue for the consigned item, following error happens.

A quotation is setup on the approved supplier list (ASL) for the item instead of blanket purchase agreement.

Steps
1. Navigate to Work in Process > Transactions > WIP Issue
2. Attempt to issue material
3. Receive the error
