Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Actual Cost Process

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Only the first outside processing operation on an OPM batch is correctly costed by actual cost processor

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

All the Operations OSP should get form part of the Item cost.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a batch
2. Add manually additional OSP Related Operation
3.complete the batch
4. Run the Actual cost process
