On : 12.1.3 version, India OM Localizations

Query mode not working in India Localization - Reprocessing Errored OM Tax Records

While Querying all records are getting fetched irrespective of search and error message
ORA-01403: no data found .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Receivables - Control - Resubmit Reprocessing Errored CM Tax Records form .
2. Press F11
3. Enter the search string
4. On Querying , all the records are getting fetched along with an error message .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search on this form causing the need to identify a particular
transaction being troublesome.
