Error while creating Team role under the Workplan (Doc ID 2179034.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Schedule and Timeline

When attempting to Create Team roles under the workplan
the following error occurs.

"For selected Planning Resources, a value must be entered for Schedule Basis".
