UPK: Unable To Log Into Developer Client Profile

Unable to log into Developer Client

When starting the Developer client for the first time, we create the profile through the profile wizard. When complete, we set to log into the profile immediately.
After a moment, the list of profiles reappears and we are not connected. This happens anytime we try to open a profile.

UPK Developer client will connect to the Library

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start - Programs - UPK Developer Client
2. Complete Library Location
3. Login information
4. Login into profile immediately
5. Profile list reappears
