Post RUP9, after a Life Event is Processed Prior Elections are Categorized as Automatic Benefits (Doc ID 2179232.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP9 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When processing some life events in a RUP9 instance, Medical and Dental options show as Automatic Benefits in the Life Event Calculation Processing Summary screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Medical and Dental options that were previously elected do not show as Automatic Benefits in the Life Event Calculation Processing Summary screen after processing any life event.  Rather, they should show under the Modified Benefits tab as they did prior to RUP9.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into HRMS responsibility; navigate People->Enter and Maintain
2. Search for Hourly Fulltime Regular employee.
3. Go to Benefit Service Center. Existing Basic Health, Basic Dental family coverage is shown.
4. Navigate back to the employee's person record.5. Promote the employee to District Coordinator by updating the Assignment screen.
5. Process the Associate to Coordinator LE
Basic Health / Basic Dental (Family coverage) is shown as automatic benefit on the Life Event Calculation Processing Summary screen.
6. Navigate Desktop->Activities-> Non flex program enrollment. Waive Health, Waive Dental is seen.
