Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Interface Trip Stop

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop(ITS), the following error occurs:

Split Line: Process order returns execution error : ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD
error in Ship_Confirm_PTO User-Defined Exception
error in handle_nonbulk_mode User-Defined Exception
ENTER Save_API_Messages
Message :This sales order line is referenced by Return Line(s) having a higher quantity. Please reduce the quantity on the Return line or clear the sales order reference from the Return line before proceeding with the cancellation.
