Note Created on Transaction in Transaction Tab Does Not Appear in Notes Tab when View = Account

Symptoms
When you add a Note to a Current Invoice in the Transaction Tab, the account listed in the View is not related to the note. Therefore, the note will not display in the Notes tab when the view = Account. If you add a Note to a Delinquent Invoice in the Transaction Tab, the account listed in the View IS Related to the Note. Therefore, the note Displays in the Notes Tab when the view = Account.
