Endeca Error Occurred While Attempting to Apply Security Filters (Doc ID 2179926.1)

When attempting to render ONT Endeca pages after using apps proxy account,
the following error occurs from studio.log.

----------------------- An error occurred while attempting to apply security filters
at com.endeca.portlet.resultstable.util.AbstractQueryProcessor.processLQLQuery(
at com.endeca.portlet.resultstable.util.DetailsQueryProcessor.getRecords(
Caused by: Unexecpted exception in applySecurity
... 104 more
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: invalid name pattern: ENDECA.ICX_TBL_VARCHAR240
... 105 more

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. Responsibility Used:Order Management
B. Navigation: Endeca -> Endeca Order Management -> Open Orders
C. Issue Faced: See errors in the Information Discovery 'Open Orders' tab:
Filters tab: A data source error has occurred
Open Orders: Metrix "This component requires additional configuration"
Open Orders: Holds "There was an error when trying to access the data source. Please confirm with your system administrator that the data source is available
Open Orders: Visualizations "Unable to execute the SQL query that generates the chart data. See the application log for details or contact a system administrator.
Open Orders Summary: An error occurred while attempting to apply the security filters.
D. Roles And Responsibility
Order Management Endeca Access Role is Active.
E. Steps performed before issue in WebLogic Server (WLS) console
Updated data source details with user ENDECA[APPS] by replacing apps account.

All endeca pages are able to render fine except ONT pages and custom ONT pages.
