Diagnostic Codes Not Visible In Depot Workbench If The Codes have been assigned to A Domain of a specific Category

On : 12.2.3 version, Depot Repair

User creates a Diagnostic Code and assign it a Domain of a specific Category, it does not appear on the Depot Workbench.

Expect the Diagnostics Code to be visible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set CSD: Default Category Set for Diagnostic Codes
2. Create a Diagnostics code and assign it to a Domain of a Specific Category
3. Create Depot Repair Order and try to select the Diagnostics Code
