Create Customer Window: Issue With Acct Site Use (CUST_ACCT_ADDRESS_USAGE) (Doc ID 2180045.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Create Customer, the default value for "Acct Site Use" is not being recognized and an error occurs.

Error:

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field CUST_ACCT_ADDRESS_USAGE

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

  - Click on 'Create Cust' button
  - Enter the details and click on save button.

What is Working:

Selecting any value from the LOV works as expected and user is able to save the Customer.
