Symptoms

When attempting to Approve the Leave, the following error occurs.

The changes were not applied because User-Defined Exception.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log in as Final approver
2) Select Any Responsibility ex: Manager self service and click on Function
3) Then Click on Home Button and go to Worklist Full list ( not home page directly but full list)
4.) Then error follows
