Employee Self Service - Special Information Java Error - JBO-27022

The following Java error occurs when attempting to access the Special Information function on Employee Self Service.

All Personalizations have been removed from the admin side, however, we are still receiving an error.  The same error is received on the seeded Employee Self Service menu as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create DFF Segments for SIT - Driver License and Language Proficiency
2. Personalize Employee Self-Service to display these segments
3. Employee receives error when openin SIT for update.


 12.1.3 RUP 9 was applied to the system.
