Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Maintenance Super User Responsibility
2. Complete WIP issue transaction for EAM workorder from OAF Page.
3. Navigate Inventory Responsibility> Transactions>Query EAM work order>Click on find
4. Place the cursor in the WIP issue transaction type
5. Go to Help>Record History
6. Observe "Updated by" field is stamped with a different person.
