Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)
FUNGLTRR: Transfer Intercompany Transactions To General Ledger

Goal

AGIS outbound transaction for a period that is already closed in General Ledger was created. Per current design, the system allows to create the transaction without validating the status of GL period at the time of entering it.

Transfer Intercompany Transactions To General Ledger program completes successfully (no warning or error) and only the output shows the data was actually not transferred to GL due to period's status:

Transfer Intercompany Transactions to General Ledger Report:

Transfer Status: General Ledger Period is not valid or not open

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Close Gl period
2. Create AGIS transactions, transfer them
3. See the transfer program ends Complete/Successful
4. Review the output - no data was transferred

Other EBS concurrent show warning in log and submission window when the data is not completely transferred. The expectation is to have this concurrent program act the same.
