Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Afordable Care Act (ACA)
RUP 8

When attempting to run Benefits ACA Correction Archive Process, the following error occurs.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: :
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_ACA_PERSON", line 7987
ORA-06512: at line 1

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-20001: :

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Super HRMS Responsibility
2. Processes and Reports -> Submit Process
3. Run 'Benefits ACA Correction Archive Process'
4. Review Log File
