Symptoms

Attempting to open Approval PO Notification leads to the following error message:

Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException:
JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.po.notifications.server.PoNotifRqstrLinesSummaryVO of type View Definition not found

Replication Steps:
1. Notification is received - click the notification and open it.
2. Error is encountered upon opening the notification.
