Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Report Manager, Core Functionality Setup and Maintenance issues
When attempting to access Financial Report Submission from Report Manager Responsibility,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.InvalidObjAccessException: JBO-25036: An invalid object operation was invoked on type View Object with name FndApplicationVO_183932;
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Access responsibility ‘Report Manager SuperUser
2) Menu ‘Financial Report Submission’
3) Error message received
