Symptoms
On : 12.1 version, Mexico GL Globalization
The file shows the information for the line that affects the account entered in the parameters and not the complete journal.
Expect to see the complete information in the file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: General Ledger - Mexico localization
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the Mexican Journal Entries - XML File (JLMXJENT_XMLP)
The information in the XML File Layout is not complete.
The file shows the information for the line that affects the account entered in the parameters and not the complete journal.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the report.
Information required by SAT
This is a Legal issue and the user can not report to SAT due to this issue.
It can cause fees and penalties.
