Contract Authoring Form Not Rendered As Read Only After Status Change

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to make Service Contracts form as non editable when there was a status change.

When changing the contract status from Entered to 'Quote Ready' form is moving to non editable mode only after re querying the Contract.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Form should be rendered as Read Only immediately after changing status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Service Contracts responsibility -> Launchpad and search for the contract
2. Contract is in Entered Status.
3. Change the status from 'Entered' to 'Quote Ready' thorough Change Status form
4. After status is changed, able to add Service line
5. Re query the form by entering the contract number, then the form went to non-editable mode as per the functionality.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to update contracts in status not eligible for update.
