Scoring engine Setup Results in Blank Page When Viewing Component Details in Internet Explorer (Doc ID 2181876.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the scoring engine components attached to a scoring engine, the first two components show correctly fine. But when clicking on the third component, the Internet Explorer (IE) Page goes blank (white) and never returns.

The following occurs in IE only. It works fine in Firefox and 12.2.5


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Administrator
Navigation
: Setup Checklist > Collections Method Setup > Scoring Engines

  1. View the scoring components attached to a scoring engine, where there are 3 or more components attached.  The first two components can be viewed without any issue.  When clicking on the third component, it results in the blank page.
