Deduction Claim With Chargeback Errors During Approval

An error has occured during Approval of Claim "XXXX".
Error Log: 1: SYSPARAM: Post to GL is T
2: Source Table : OZF_CLAIMS_ALL
3: Customer site use identifier is invalid for the specified customer
4: An error occurred when creating Chargeback in AR through AR Chargeback Cover API.
