After R12.2.4 Upgrade SR's With Status Flag Disallow Request Update Give Error In Contact Center

After r12.2.4 upgrade, in the Contact Center form > Service Requests tab >  when click an SR that has a status defined with the disallow request update flag, the following error occurs:

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: Invalid ID

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. R: Service
N: Customer Management>Contact Center
2. Query a customer
3. Go to Service Request tab
4. Click on an SR which has a status defined with the disallow request update flag
5. The reported error occurs
