MFS Laptop Does Not Open Service Requests For A Particular Customer

On :  MFS Laptop

A users MFS laptop application does not open service requests for one customer.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS laptop
2. Select an SR for the customer
3. The page says 'Loading' and does not display the SR.
