Symptoms

When trying to send a transaction to a trading partner, the following error occurs:

Failure Connecting To Server

The ecx log file with debug enabled shows the following error:

"Response: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8 Content-Length: 1105 Date: Sat, 02 Jul 2016 16:24:49 GMT Connection: close Server: Server "
