Offer LOVs Open After Multiple Clicks

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, All Others
In Trade Management pages, user needs to double click to open the LOVs. This occurs only on the LOVs which has PPR configured for the dependent field.
Test Case 1
Open an existing offer.
In this UI, add new row for Products table.
In the new row created, Item Level will be defaulted.
Change this to Item Category and try to open Name LOV.
Here, user needs to click multiple times to open the LOV.
Test Case 2
Open an existing offer.
In this UI, select Budget Source as Campaign.
Click on the LOV next to the dropdown. It takes multiple clicks to open.
