When No Routing Job Is Over Completion to 2 Subinventories at Same Time, WIPTXCMP Form Fails With WIP_LESS_QTY Error

Actual Behavior
When creating the over completion transaction for subassembly item's job to 2 subinventories,
on completion transactions FORM(WIPTXCMP), "WIP_LESS_QTY" error occurs.

This errors message is as follows:
 "Quantity required to complete this transaction no longer available"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new assembly item with one component with supply type to be assembly pull and Subinventory to be XXX and without routing.
    Bills Of Materials(N) > Bills > Bills
  2. Set the over completion to be 100% in WIP parameter.
    WIP(N) > Setup > Parameters
  3. Create and release a new job with start quantity to be 100.
    WIP(N) > Discrete > Discrete Jobs
  4. Move the component to the last operation's to Move step.
    WIP(N) > Move Transactions > Move Transactions
  5. Open the completion Transaction forms,
    WIP(N) > Material Transactions > Completion Transactions
     Type:WIP Completion.
     Over completion checked.
     Click the "Continue" button.
  6. Set two line to complete,
    one is "XXX" with Transaction quantity to be 110,
    and the other "YYY" with Transaction quantity to be 1.
  7. Click "done" button
  8. Pop up the following error message
    "Quantity required to complete this transaction no longer available"
