Default Operating Unit showing on Transaction Window Header

"Company A" is defaulting as the operating unit on the Transactions form header.

--Entered a transaction for "Company B" operating unit and completed the transaction.
--Then want to enter a new transaction for the same operating unit.
--But Operating unit reverts back to "Company A" as default NOT "Company B" operating unit" (which is the previous OU for which the previous transaction was created for)
--The OU is only changing in the window header when selection of other operating units done and saved.

Expectation is that the OU should remain the same as the last operating unit for which a transaction was created.
